Your land contract is serviced through Lendiom, a loan-servicing platform built for owner-financed land. It keeps your balance, payment history and contact details, and it's where you make your monthly payments. The portal lives on its own website, pay.lendiom.com, with its own login — so when you continue below you'll leave novagoldfinch.com and it will open in a new tab.

Just bought a tract?
Your portal login is set up when your contract is finalised, and the details are sent by text message to the phone number on file. You'll also get a monthly payment reminder by SMS. If the message never arrived, or you've never logged in before, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Trouble logging in?
Use the "forgot password" link on the portal's sign-in page first. If that doesn't do it, contact us — we can see your account on our side and get you back in.
